For me it wasnt so much the waxing that terrified me it was the fact someone other than my doctor and husband was gonna look at all my bits. I get my arms, facial hair, legs, eyebrows and underarms waxed religiously so it wasnt the pain factor. Also I am very lucky my best friend is a beautician and she does all my waxing for me.








My girlfriend suggests to all her first timers is to have a bikini wax, they just take the hair from your sides and tidy up the top leaving a triangle. You can choose as much or little hair left behind. I did this first and then the next time went full monty which was a few days later.





By the way never get any waxing done before your period as it will kill you has something to do with calcium and hormone levels. I am one where waxing doesnt phase me in fact I find it very relaxing however decided to go few days before my period....ouchy ouchy if that was my first ever wax job I would never go back.





As for doing this for your husband... give it a go even just once, its not everybodies cuppa tea..i love it, heightens my senses, looks great and feels amazing. If its not your cuppa then let it grow back.

I wanted my partner to get it done because of the itch scratchy factor to me and she wasnt sure so i went and had it done, so she did to, that was 8 years ago and we both still do it and love it and makes love making even more sensual in feeling, absolutely reccomend it and although the first few times hurts a bit its mainly mind over matter really and now its so easy cos the hair follicles are so weak they nearly fall out, get him to go with you and have some fun
I shave or do a very close trim with the hair clippers without the attachment. It doesnt have to be perfect smooth, like a wax. And wax hurts anyways. The basic thing is not getting a mouth full of pubic hair when your partner wants to perform oral sex on you. I mean really, gross....
What is this weird fixation with being shaven down there. To me it seems that clean shaven regions resemble that of a too young girl.


I think it has been pushed by the porn industry and a fixation to be with teens.


I really would not do it. If he insists I would ask him to remove all his hair from down there FIRST!
I strongly think you should go through with it, and it would only hurt for a short period of time, and he would be very excited and will cause some spice in the love life. Or you could use a razor everywhere.

try shaving first, then later you can wax it, he may help you.. so it will be less pain, and more exciting.
Shave or get it done. Some women don't experience pain from waxing, and some do.
